We are recruiting a part-time School-Based Therapist to provide dual-role services at Catholic Memorial High School for the ’25-’26 school year through our School Partnership Program. Our school partnership program is a customized and comprehensive way for schools to assist in meeting the emotional or psychological needs of their students by providing them with convenient, affordable services.

Typical hours for this role are generally 8am and 4pm, three days per week during the school year months (24 hours per week). Hours will be reduced in summer months, which will be based on client needs and willingness to continue services during summer break. As a part-time employee, you'll be eligible for our 401(k) plan and employer match policy.
What you will be doing
Providing Christian based counseling services at Catholic Memorial High School in person or through a secure video connection during telehealth sessions. In this school-based therapist role, you will not only provide clinical therapy, but also work collaboratively with school staff and parents to support student’s academic, social, emotional and/or behavioral support by creating and assisting with school-based intervention plans.

Requirements
- A Master’s degree in Human Services field.
- Must have required hours of supervised clinical experience or be working toward the completion of supervised hours, per state requirements.
- Willingness to support the mission of Christian Family Solutions.
- Competence in delivering therapy via different modalities and for various populations and disorders.
- A high degree of responsibility in maintaining confidentiality and ethical conduct in all matters pertaining to work
- Willing to uphold a biblical worldview in the clinical setting.
