Dynamic teachers assist children in achieving developmental milestones while valuing differences and nurturing the individual needs of their students. We are looking for enthusiastic teachers that can bring the curriculum to life and make learning memorable for children ages 4 -6 years old in a Christian environment.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Plan and implement daily lessons for the children
2. Be able to orchestrate at a high level of classroom management
3. Observe and evaluate each child's progress and provide a written report to the Administration
4. Work cooperatively and professionally with staff members and parents
5. Maintain communication with parents through weekly newsletters, e-mails and verbally
6. Be available for parent conferences
7. Attend staff meetings, training and school functions
8. Assist the Administration with designated activities
9. Maintain a safe and sanitary environment for the children
10. Maintain portfolio assessments for all children in the classroom
11. Create a personal development plan documenting professional growth

Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education or a related field from an accredited college or university.
- Previous teaching experience in a public, private, or licensed school is preferred.

- Ability to create a positive, engaging, and inclusive learning environment.
