ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my first agency in 2013 and expanded with a second office in 2021. Today, our organization is supported by a team of 16 team members who work across service, sales, and marketing, all aligned around shared goals and strong teamwork. Before becoming an agent, I worked as a banker in both management and business banking roles, which shaped my results-driven mindset and focus on building trusted client relationships.

I attended the University of Maryland and am very family-oriented. Outside of work, I enjoy cycling, going to the gym, reading, traveling, and spending time outdoors. Staying active and balanced is important to me, and that philosophy carries into how I lead my team. I’m also deeply involved in the community through the Chamber of Commerce, Rotary, and by coaching a local soccer club.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Account Manager - State Farm Agent Team Member for Christian Durand - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth.
  • Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers.
  • Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues.
  • Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred.
  • Leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
  • Willingness to engage in sales conversations.

Salary : $42,000 - $60,000
