I opened my first agency in 2013 and expanded with a second office in 2021. Today, our organization is supported by a team of 16 team members who work across service, sales, and marketing, all aligned around shared goals and strong teamwork. Before becoming an agent, I worked as a banker in both management and business banking roles, which shaped my results-driven mindset and focus on building trusted client relationships.
I attended the University of Maryland and am very family-oriented. Outside of work, I enjoy cycling, going to the gym, reading, traveling, and spending time outdoors. - Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth.
- Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers.
- Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues.
- Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred.
- Leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
- Willingness to engage in sales conversations.
Salary : $42,000 - $60,000
