Christian Counseling Associates provides individual, marriage, and family counseling services. We serve clients who seek faith-integrated counseling as well as those from all backgrounds. CCA is a leading faith-based counseling organization in Eastern Ohio, credentialed by the Ohio Department of Mental Health and Addiction Services and in-network with most major insurance providers.
Position Overview:
We are seeking licensed or provisional Licensed counselors to join our Youngstown team. Counselors at CCA have the opportunity to grow professionally through meaningful clinical work, structured supervision, and professional identity development within a supportive Christian environment.
Responsibilities:
- Provide competent, faith-integrated outpatient counseling consistent with CCA’s mission and values
- Maintain ethical and clinical standards in documentation and client care
- Participate in ongoing clinical supervision and professional development
- Collaborate with colleagues in a supportive group practice setting
Qualifications:
- Ohio licensure as LPCC, LISW, LIMFT, or Licensed Psychologist (preferred)
- LPC or LSW candidates welcome — clinical supervision toward full licensure provided
- Internship candidates from accredited Master’s programs in Counseling or Social Work are also encouraged to apply
