Christian Counseling Associates (CCA) provides individual, marriage, and family counseling. We serve Christians who want their faith integrated into the counseling process and those holding any beliefs or attitudes toward spirituality. We are the leading faith-based counseling organization in Western Pennsylvania.
Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and organized Client Service Representative and Scheduler to join our call center and scheduling department. The successful candidate will be responsible for answering phone calls, scheduling appointments for incoming clients, and providing exceptional customer service. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming phone calls and respond to client inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
- Schedule and manage appointments for clients using the company’s scheduling system.
- Confirm appointments and send reminders to clients.
- Handle client complaints or issues with empathy and provide appropriate solutions.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in the database.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth and efficient scheduling operations.
- Perform other administrative tasks as required.
Position Details
- Mostly remote with a few in-person meetings a year.
- Monday-Friday Flexible hours
- 25-30 hours a week
