This role is pivotal in driving banking branch growth through proactive member engagement and strong leadership of the sales and service team. With full accountability for branch performance, the Branch Manager will oversee loan and deposit growth, referral productivity, member engagement, and operational excellence. This role fosters a high-performance culture by coaching and developing staff to consistently achieve performance targets while demonstrating values-based leadership aligned with our Christian faith-driven mission. The Branch Manager models integrity, service, and empathy in every interaction with members, team members, and the community, making a lasting impact on those served.
