We chase our clients' goals like they're our own — and we're looking for a sales team addition who does the same.

The Opportunity

We're hiring a Senior Business Development Strategist to drive growth in the nonprofit and faith sectors. This isn't a "take orders and process deals" sales role — we want a seasoned closer who has been in the trenches, knows how to navigate complex sales cycles, and isn't afraid to bring bold ideas to the table.

The role focuses on the full sales cycle, and your success is measured by deals won and partnerships built. You'll leverage your marketing expertise to craft compelling solutions — but make no mistake, this is a revenue-driving position. Compensation for this role is base salary plus commission, commensurate with experience.

What One Will Do

• Own the full sales cycle — from prospecting and discovery through proposal development, negotiation, and contract signing
• Drive new business by identifying, qualifying, and closing opportunities with nonprofit and faith-based organizations
• Develop strategic marketing recommendations as part of the sales process, demonstrating how Radiant Digital can meet each client's unique needs
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline, accurately forecasting revenue and consistently hitting targets
• Cultivate long-term relationships that lead to renewals, expansions, and referrals
• Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure smooth handoffs and client success post-sale
• Stay sharp on industry trends in digital marketing, fundraising, and nonprofit communications — and bring those insights back to the team

About the Position

• Have 7 years of B2B sales experience, preferably selling to or within faith-based and/or nonprofit organizations, with a documented track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets
• Understand the faith and nonprofit landscape — knows how these organizations operate, how decisions get made, and what matters most to their leaders
• Are a proven closer, not just a relationship builder — owned deals end-to-end and know how to connect sales strategy to meaningful client outcomes
• Bring demonstrated expertise in digital marketing — can speak the language, diagnose challenges, and propose solutions with credibility
• Communicate with confidence, collaborate without ego, and make the team around you better
• Have an appreciation for or experience with faith-based audiences — understands that messaging to this community requires authenticity, not just targetin

Bonus Points

• Existing relationships or network within the faith-based or nonprofit community
• Direct experience selling digital marketing services to churches, ministries, or faith-based brands
• Experience with fundraising, donor communications, or church/ministry marketing
• Familiarity with the unique challenges of marketing to faith audiences (platform targeting restrictions, contextual alignment, etc.)
