We are seeking a Worship Arts Director who desires more than leading songs—we’re looking for someone who wants to shape a culture of reverent and energetic worship at PCC.
This role is about creating environments where people can genuinely encounter God, building and discipling teams, and helping our church engage in worship that is both authentic and excellent.
Role Flexibility
We are seeking the right person for this role and are open to shaping the position accordingly. This may be a full-time role, or a modified / bi-vocational position for a candidate whose experience and availability align well with our needs.

What One Will Do
- Lead worship for two identical Sunday services
- Plan and prepare all worship elements (music, media, lyrical slides, Scripture, etc.)
- Build, develop, and lead volunteer worship and tech teams
- Lead weekly rehearsals and invest in team growth
- Attend weekly staff meetings
- Collaborate with staff weekly to plan meaningful and cohesive services
- Help develop worship opportunities for students and children (especially for special services)
- Lead and coordinate special services (Christmas, Easter, baptisms, missions, ministries, funerals, etc.)
- Oversee worship-related systems, licensing (CCLI), and planning tools
- Additional ministry oversight as discussed
- Manage and steward the worship ministry budget
- Has a genuine, growing relationship with Jesus that shapes how you lead
- One is not just musically skilled—one lead people well
- One values both authenticity and excellence in worship
- One is relational, humble, and team-oriented
- One is a self-starter who takes initiative and follows through
- One cares about developing others, not just executing tasks
- Ability to lead worship vocally and/or instrumentally (guitar, keys, etc.)
- Experience leading worship in a church setting (preferred)
- Familiarity with tools like ProPresenter, Planning Center, or similar platforms
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Formal training in music or ministry is helpful, but not required
