Responsibilities
As a Wellness Client Coordinator & Therapy Assistant, the candidate will become one of the first smiling faces our clients see when they walk through our doors.
One Will Help Create An Exceptional Patient Experience By
- Greeting clients warmly and making them feel genuinely welcome.
- Escorting clients to private treatment rooms and preparing them for Red Light Therapy sessions.
- Setting up treatment rooms, helping clients get treatments, answering questions. ALL training will be provided.
- Scheduling appointments and managing our daily calendar.
- Answering a multi-line phone system with professionalism and enthusiasm.
- Supporting clients while they participate in our physician-directed wellness program (we provide complete training).
- Encouraging clients throughout their wellness journey.
- Keeping treatment rooms clean, organized, and fully stocked.
- Assisting with light administrative and office duties.
- Working closely with the rest of our team to ensure every client receives outstanding care.
- Honest and trustworthy.

- Must live within a reasonable commuting distance of Charlottesville, Virginia.
- Ability to stand, walk, and remain active for most of an 8-hour workday.
- Comfortable learning new systems and following established procedures.
- Able to be on one's feet through the workday.
- Full-time availability.
- Saturday availability is required (enjoy a weekday off each week instead). Off Mondays.

The applicant does not need previous experience in healthcare, weight loss, or red light therapy.
We are happy to train the right person.
