- Support classroom teachers in delivering high-quality education
- Assist with lesson preparation and classroom management
- Foster a positive and nurturing environment rooted in Christian values
- Supervise students during activities and transitions
- Encourage and model Christ-like behavior to students
- A heart for Christian education and a personal commitment to Jesus Christ
- Experience working with children (preferred but not required)
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to support the teacher’s instruction and contribute to a positive classroom atmosphere
