Responsibilities
- Provide leadership for academics, curriculum, and student success
- Support and develop faculty and staff through mentorship and evaluation
- Foster a positive, Christ-centered school environment
- Oversee daily school operations, scheduling, and safety
- Build strong relationships with students, families, staff, and the community
- Support the long-term vision and growth of the school
Required
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum of 5 years of teaching and/or educational leadership experience
- Master’s degree in Education or related field
- Prior administrative leadership experience
- ACSI and/or Pennsylvania Administrative Certification
