The IT Specialist will help maintain and support the technology infrastructure that enables our ministry to operate effectively and help to implement and maintain IT infrastructure for our partner ministries.

- Organized, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple support requests
- Comfortable working with both hardware and software systems
- A heart for ministry and a desire to use one's technical skills to support the gospel
- Provide day‑to‑day IT support for staff and partner ministries, including hardware, software, and user issues
- Assist with the setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting of computers, mobile devices, and peripherals
- Help manage user accounts, system updates, backups, and basic security practices
- Support and learn from networking tasks such as connectivity troubleshooting and equipment setup
- Assist with technical support for radio partners, including studio systems and radio station automation tools
- Contribute to IT projects, documentation, and process improvements as part of the broader IT team
- Have opportunities for occasional travel to assist ministry partners and field teams with onsite technical support and system setup (travel is not required)
