- Evangelism & Growth
- Lead efforts to reach the local community with the Gospel
- Drive both spiritual and numerical growth aligned with church goals
- Equip the congregation to actively share their faith (oikos model)
- Champion a culture of disciple-making
- Staff Leadership & Development
- Lead, develop, and care for campus staff
- Set clear expectations and align team around measurable goals
- Build a strong, mission-driven staff culture
- Equip leaders to multiply disciples and leaders
- Pastoral Care
- Shepherd and care for the campus community
- Build meaningful relationships across the congregation
- Provide crisis care and spiritual guidance as needed
- Sunday Experience Leadership
- Be highly visible and relational before and after services
- Host and preach as scheduled
- Ensure a welcoming, engaging, and excellent Sunday experience
- Takes ownership and leads with initiative
- Aligns fully with the vision and leadership of The Vine Church
- Builds systems and teams that create sustainable growth
