Join our dedicated team as a Client Advocate at Martha's House, our shelter for single women and women with children, where your passion for helping others and exceptional communication skills can make a meaningful impact. In this crucial role, you will be the primary point of contact for residents, providing support, guidance, general security, and ensuring needs are met.
Your key responsibilities will include general supervision, following medication procedures, updating necessary paperwork, maintain documentation, record shift events, and complete incident reports, and dorm checks. Strong documentation skills and familiarity with Microsoft Word and Excel are essential.
