- Develop and execute revenue growth and marketing strategies across multiple campuses.
- Coach and mentor sales teams to deliver a high-touch, prospect-centered experience.
- Own occupancy and revenue targets; forecast and report performance.
- Lead multi-channel marketing campaigns and manage brand identity.
- Leverage CRM and analytics for data-driven decisions.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to align priorities and fuel results.
- 10 years senior leadership in Sales & Marketing, ideally in senior living.
- Proven success in driving occupancy and revenue growth.
- Expertise in CRM systems, digital marketing, and analytics.
- Mission-driven leader with strong coaching and communication skills.
- Ability to travel across Arizona; hybrid work model (3 days in-Corporate office).
