- Achieve established sales goals and occupancy targets.
- Respond to inquiries, conduct personalized tours, and convert prospects into move-ins.
- Maintain an up-to-date sales and marketing database (CRM).
- Build strong relationships through consistent follow-ups via phone, email, cards, and in-person contact.
- Qualify prospects financially and ensure they meet Independent/Assisted Living criteria (in compliance with Fair Housing).
- Participate in marketing events and community outreach.
- Represent and promote Fellowship Square Phoenix and the full continuum of care we offer.
- Collaborate with internal departments to support resident satisfaction and retention.
- Education High school diploma required.
- Experience A strong background in sales or leasing, preferably in senior living or healthcare.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional presentation and phone etiquette
- Organizational and time management expertise
- CRM/database experience in Sherpa/Aline, Yardi, etc.
- Proficiency with computers and basic word processing
- A compassionate, relationship-driven approach
- Familiarity with senior living options, including Independent Living and Assisted Living.
- Ability to empathize and support families making important life transitions
- Strong problem-solving skills and emotional intelligence
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals
