- Follow maintenance schedules and supervisor instructions according to company policies.
- Perform routine repairs and general maintenance including plumbing, electrical, mechanical, carpentry, and plastering.
- Replace lighting and perform maintenance in high areas safely.
- Respond to unscheduled maintenance needs and emergencies.
- Service and replace heating and cooling systems in compliance with guidelines.
- Replenish maintenance supplies and follow preventive maintenance routines.
- Identify and report malfunctions, hazards, and defective equipment promptly.
- Maintain strict adherence to safety protocols during all tasks.
- Participate in ongoing training and educational sessions.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Must have a valid AZ Driver's License.
- Minimum of one (1) year of experience in a maintenance team environment.
- Minimum of one (1) year of experience with air conditioning systems.
- Must be able to obtain Level One Fingerprint Clearance card.
- Ability to read and interpret schematics related to plumbing, HVAC, and electrical systems.
- Possession of, or ability to obtain, EPA 2, 3, or Universal Certification preferred.
- Proficient in troubleshooting and repairing high-pressure refrigeration units.
- Flexible team player capable of supporting other team tasks (e.g., drywall repair, cabinet installation, appliance servicing).
