- Develop and maintain written guidelines and procedures that govern the operation of the Assisted Living facility.
- Ensure all employees, residents, visitors, and the public adhere to established policies and procedures regarding services provided at the facility.
- Assist department supervisors in the planning, conducting, and scheduling of in-service training classes, on-the-job training, and orientation programs.
- Maintain contact with families and residents.
- Valid Assisted Living Facility Manager License issued or recognized by the State of Arizona (required).
- Minimum of five (5) years of leadership experience in assisted living, long‑term care, or a related healthcare setting
- Registered Nurse (RN) license preferred, but not required
- Strong knowledge of assisted living operations, regulatory compliance, and medication management
- Proven leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
