We are seeking a motivated Retirement Intern – Data & Retirement Operations to support the Enterprise Operations – Retirement team. Interns collaborate across the full Retirement division and gain exposure to both Retirement Solutions and Enterprise Operations. This position provides hands-on experience supporting pension and 403(b) retirement plan operations, including participant data management, plan administration activities, and operational projects.
This is a structured, paid summer internship designed to provide meaningful work experience and direct mentorship.
Pay Rate: $17.00/hour

Key Responsibilities
Retirement Solutions Project Support

Prepare and reconcile participant and employer data files using Excel and other systems

Merge and manage data from multiple sources while resolving duplicate records and format differences

Support calculations related to pension liabilities and amortization reporting

Convert data between systems to support operational processing and reporting needs

Review and update Salesforce account records to ensure data accuracy

Maintain documentation libraries including FAQs, timelines, and internal process guides
Retirement Operations Support

Enter participant data changes into retirement administration systems for pension and 403(b) plans

Process pension verification letters and related documentation
-
Monitor outstanding benefit calculations and initiate follow-up procedures

Process beneficiary election updates and participant record changes

Support annual retirement plan mailings and system updates

Assist with actuarial valuation data cleanup and documentation management

Track and organize retirement plan adoption agreements and related documentation
