We are hiring a Part Time HVAC Sales professional to work with residential customers who need to replace their current HVAC systems and talk with current and potential commercial customers concerning their annual maintenance agreements.
We offer hands-on-paid training for this Sales position.

Work schedule: Work hours will vary based upon scheduling needs of customer, presentation times and seasonality: 7:30 AM - 5:30 PM Monday - Friday. Evenings and Weekends availability required based on customer demands.

What You Will Be Doing
- Meeting with customers in their homes
- Professionally advise homeowners in determining the correct heating and cooling systems that offers the best solution to fit their needs
- Educating customers on HVAC equipment and in-door air quality products
- Clear and concise communication with company's customers and employees
- Follow up with customers throughout the sales and installation process
- Calling commercial customers about annual maintenance agreements
- Selling Annual Maintenance agreements
- Calling on leads with residential customers for replacements
- Scheduling sales calls
- Build long-term successful client relationships
- Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
- 2 years consultative sales experience
- In-home sales experience desired
- Excellent customer service and follow up skills
- Comfortable working directly with consumers in their home
- Ability to use company-furnished technology products
- Goal orientated with a strong desire to succeed
- Strong interpersonal & communication skills
- Able to go where customers current HVAC equipment is located, attics, crawlspaces etc.
- Able to live up to 50 lbs.
