We are seeking an energetic, student‑centric Admissions Counselor & Engagement Coordinator to serve as the primary liaison for prospective families throughout the admissions journey.
Role Purpose
You will be the face of CBHS, guiding families from initial inquiry to enrollment, while collaborating with the Admissions and Marketing teams to promote our mission of academic excellence, character formation, and service.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full admissions cycle: respond to inquiries, schedule campus visits, conduct virtual tours, and maintain accurate applicant data in Finalsite Enrollment.
- Develop and execute outreach strategies (email, social media, community events) to attract diverse, high‑potential applicants.
- Coordinate campus tours, open houses, and information sessions, ensuring a seamless, welcoming experience.
- Collaborate with the Marketing & Communications Department to produce compelling collateral, newsletters, and digital content.
- Track and analyze admissions metrics (lead conversion, enrollment rates, satisfaction scores) to inform continuous improvement.
- Serve as a mentor to prospective students and families, addressing questions, providing guidance, and fostering relationships.
- Participate in community outreach, partnering with local schools, churches, and youth organizations.
- Contribute to the development of the admissions calendar and strategic planning.

Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years experience in high‑school admissions, recruitment, communications, and/or marketing.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including public speaking and written communication.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (written and spoken) is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Experience with Finalsite Enrollment or a comparable enrollment management system.
- Demonstrated commitment to student‑centered service and community engagement.
Qualifications
- 3 years in a similar admissions or enrollment role, preferably in a private or faith‑based school setting.
- Experience coordinating large‑scale events (open houses, outreach fairs, virtual tours).
- Knowledge of Christian Brothers’ mission, values, and educational philosophy.
- Ability to travel within the Greater Memphis area for outreach events.
- Certification in enrollment management (e.g., CEM, CEMI) or related professional development is a plus.
- Strong social media and digital marketing skills.
- Experience mentoring or coaching prospective students and families.
