PAY RATE: $52,644.80 Annually (Pay is negotiable based on experience)

Summary:
Responsible for the overall direction and supervision of the assigned region of Home Repair program.
Essential Job Functions:
- Encourage/Provide Personal and Professional Development opportunities for your Team (employees and volunteers), including coaching, team building, staff development, and discipline. 45%
- Leadership and development of the program, and their components, including developing assigned program components in line with CAP’s mission, strategic plan, and outcomes models. 30%
- Management of assigned areas and their components including recordkeeping, finances, contract management, required internal/external reports, etc. 25%

Qualifications:Education:
Associates in a Related Field Required
Bachelors in a Related Field Preferred
Extensive related experience may substitute for education requirements and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Years of Experience:
2 or more years of successful experience in related field or combination of education and experience
Certifications and Licensure:
Possess a Valid Kentucky Driver's License and Maintain a Safe Driving Record Required
CAP Driving Certification* (or ability to obtain within first 90 days) Required
*In order to drive personal vehicle on CAP business, must obtain and maintain a policy of motor vehicle insurance coverage on privately-owned vehicle with insurance coverage amounts of $50,000 bodily injury per person per accident; $100,000 bodily injury for all bodily injuries per accident; and $50,000 property damage per accident.
