Pay: $48,000 yearly salary plus incentives!
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound and inbound calls to communicate with applicants in a professional and timely manner.
- Pre-screen applicants based on qualifications.
- Establish and maintain relationships with applicants from initial contact through onboarding.
- Keep applicants informed and engaged throughout the processing stage.
- Update applicant status in our internal system.
- Navigate internal systems to access applicant information.
- Provide exceptional customer service and prioritize responsibilities effectively.
- Support the Recruiting Manager with any assigned duties.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience in customer service, call center, sales, or recruiting preferred.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn and improve.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication abilities, both verbal and written.
- Ability to build relationships and overcome objections.
- No cold calling required.
