Position Overview & Responsibilities:
Major Areas of Accountability:
- Provide general administrative support to the HR team.
- Assist with recruiting efforts, including posting jobs, reviewing applications, and scheduling interviews.
- Participate in HR projects such as employee engagement initiatives, documentation, and process improvements.
- Independently manage assigned HR projects and initiatives from planning through completion, providing updates and recommendations as needed.
- Support the maintenance of employee records and reporting as needed.
- Utilize Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint, to maintain records, analyze data, prepare reports, and support HR activities.
- Assist with data entry, tracking metrics, and developing reports to support HR decision-making
Reports to:
- Human Resources Manager
Education, Training, and Experience Requirements:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Demonstrated tact and diplomacy in handling highly sensitive and confidential information.
- Must use sound judgment in the consistent implementation of policies and procedures, evaluation of potential employees, and other related areas.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude, initiative, and willingness to learn
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage projects and priorities independently.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite required, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Experience using Excel for data tracking, reporting, and analysis preferred.
