Landscape Foreman / Laborer
Northford, CT | $20–$35/hour | Full-Time (40 hrs/week)
Christensen Landscape Services, LLC is seeking an experienced and motivated Landscape Foreman / Labor's to join our team in delivering high-end landscaping, garden maintenance, lawn care and seasonal displays.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily landscaping and maintenance tasks
- Lawn care, Lawn Cutting
- Install and maintain annuals, perennials, shrubs, and trees
- Lead pruning, fertilizing, and seasonal care
- Design and plant containers and seasonal beds
- Assist with outdoor holiday décor
- Manage daily crew readiness, tools, and materials
- Communicate with clients and account managers
- Train and coach team members in best practices
- Qualifications:
- 1–3 years professional landscaping or gardening experience
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Valid CT driver’s license and clean record
- Physically fit and able to work outdoors in all weather
- Knowledge of plant care, pruning, and seasonal horticulture
- Degree in horticulture/related field preferred, not requiredWhy Join Us:
