Job Summary
The Treasury Manager will play a key role in supporting the accounting team and working across accounting, finance, and treasury processes. This senior position offers significant opportunities for career growth and development.
Responsibilities
- Supporting the Controller and Treasurer with treasury functions, including financial risk management, capital planning, and credit management.
- Direct supervision of accounts payable and receivables.
- Assisting with insurance renewals, claims processing, and maintaining positive relationships with financing partners and banks.
- Executing and monitoring cash management, tracking cash flows, and developing/maintaining cash forecasts.
- Maintaining compliance with bank covenants and preparing weekly Treasury Reports.
- Researching and analyzing approaches to financing and hedging strategies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, with at least 4 years of experience in a Treasury-related capacity.
- Strong analytical skills, including quantitative and qualitative analysis, and the ability to build complex financial models.
- Prioritization, multitasking, and project management skills, with executive presentation abilities.
