Final Packaging Technician

Position Summary
The Final Packaging Technician is responsible for preparing finished products for shipment by packaging completed firearms and related components according to company standards. This role ensures all products are properly packaged, documented, and staged for distribution while maintaining accuracy and quality throughout the process.
The Final Packaging Technician works closely with the final assembly, inventory, and shipping teams to maintain efficient workflow and ensure finished goods are ready for delivery to customers.
Key Responsibilities

Package finished firearms and related components according to company packaging standards and procedures

Build and assemble product packaging and shipping boxes

Complete and verify required documentation and production paperwork

Accurately clock and track packaging work through the company’s production systems

Replenish packaging materials and maintain adequate inventory of supplies

Support workflow between final assembly, inventory, and shipping teams

Inspect finished products prior to packaging to ensure quality standards are met

Maintain an organized and clean packaging work area

Follow all company safety procedures and manufacturing guidelines
Required Qualifications

Ability to lift at least 25 pounds without assistance
