Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Indianapolis, IN for an English Language Learners (ELL) Teacher. The ELL Teacher will focus on fostering language development among students whose primary language is not English. Daily responsibilities include creating and executing lesson plans tailored to students' linguistic and academic needs, delivering engaging and effective instruction, monitoring student progress, and collaborating with staff and families to support students' success in a diverse educational environment.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Lesson Planning and Education strategies to cater to diverse learning goals.
- Strong Teaching and Training skills for facilitating language acquisition and academic success.
- Excellent Communication skills to effectively engage with students, families, and colleagues.
- Commitment to fostering an inclusive and supportive learning environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Education, or a related field required; teaching certification preferred.
