Christ The King Baptist Church is seeking a visionary Director of Music & Fine Arts to lead our worship ministry into its next season of growth and impact.
This is more than a music position. We are seeking an experienced ministry leader who can inspire worship, develop people, build systems, and cultivate a culture of excellence across our music and fine arts ministries.
Reporting directly to the Senior Pastor, the Director of Music & Fine Arts will oversee all choirs, musicians, worship teams, and music ministry operations while providing strategic leadership for the future growth of worship and creative arts at Christ The King.
What You'll Do
Provide Vision for Worship
Lead the planning and execution of worship music that reflects both the rich heritage of the church and contemporary expressions that engage multiple generations.
Develop People
Recruit, mentor, teach, and strengthen singers, musicians, ministry leaders, and volunteers while cultivating spiritual maturity and musical excellence.
Build Ministry Systems
Create organized planning, communication, rehearsal, and preparation processes that ensure worship services are effective, intentional, and well-executed.
Lead Music & Fine Arts
Provide oversight of all adult music ministries and departmental leadership for Youth music ministry while identifying opportunities for future growth and creative ministry expressions.
Collaborate with Church Leadership
Partner closely with the Senior Pastor, church staff, media teams, and ministry leaders to support the overall worship vision of the church.

- Skilled in choir direction and music instruction.
- Comfortable leading musicians and volunteers.
- Highly organized and proactive.
- An effective communicator and team builder.
