Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with ministry and departmental leaders to gather, document, clarify, and refine business, operational, and ministry requirements for new and existing technology initiatives.
- Translate stakeholder needs into actionable plans, clearly defined scopes, and prioritized workstreams in collaboration with technical teams and leadership.
- Create, communicate, and maintain project and product roadmaps that provide visibility into timelines, milestones, dependencies, risks, and strategic outcomes.
- Work closely with InterTech leadership to maintain prioritization of active initiatives, balancing organizational impact, resource capacity, urgency, and long-term strategy.
- Lead cross-functional coordination across internal teams, ministries, and departments to ensure alignment, remove blockers, and keep work moving forward.
- Prepare and communicate updates, recommendations, and status reports to stakeholders and leadership with clarity and professionalism.
- Manage third-party vendors and partner relationships, including engagement, communication, accountability, deliverables, timelines, and service quality.
- Provide direction and coordination for internal staff and project contributors, helping ensure ownership, follow-through, and healthy collaboration across workstreams.
- Facilitate project planning activities such as discovery, roadmap development, milestone planning, risk identification, issue resolution, status reporting, and change management.
- Monitor progress across related initiatives and proactively identify and manage risks, dependencies, and opportunities for course correction.
- Support continuous improvement of program delivery practices, documentation standards, and collaboration processes within InterTech and across partner ministries.
- Help ensure solutions are implemented in ways that are practical, scalable, supportable, and aligned to CCV’s mission and values.

- Proven experience managing complex programs, projects, or product initiatives that involve multiple stakeholders, competing priorities, and cross-functional teams.
- Demonstrated strength in requirements gathering, stakeholder communication, roadmap planning, and execution oversight.
- Experience managing third-party vendors and coordinating the work of both internal staff and external partners.
- Strong organizational, communication, facilitation, and problem-solving skills with the ability to move initiatives from concept to delivery.
- Ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including ministry and departmental leaders.
- Comfort operating in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities and high collaboration needs.
- Knowledge of mobile application development and/or cloud-based systems is a plus.
- Experience working with Microsoft Azure is highly desired.
- Experience with project or product management tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, Monday.com, or similar platforms is helpful.
