About This Role
Looking for part-time teacher assistant for early childhood center located in the Amston section of Hebron. Duties would include covering teachers' breaks daily from 10:00-2:00 and the possibility of working in a classroom from 3:00-5:30 each afternoon. We have children ages 6 weeks to 12 years old. Covering breaks would be perfect for a Mom who may want to be home when their kids get home from school, but wants something fun and fulfilling to do during school hours! Or for a college student- we can be flexible with your schedule too!
What You'll Do
Covering breaks in classrooms with children ages 6 week-12 years old
Afternoon hours working with children in classrooms, doing free play and outside time
Diaper changing/potty assistance, interacting with children and parents at pick up time
Classroom clean up at the end of the day
Requirements
- Experience working with children ages 6 week-12 years old
- Completion of Health and Safety course within 90 days of hire
- Background check/fingerprints
- Health Statement completed by doctor
Salary : $18 - $20
