What You Will Do
- Deliver engaging, differentiated instruction across subject areas to meet the needs of every learner
- Apply evidence-based literacy practices grounded in the Science of Reading
- Integrate technology purposefully to deepen student engagement and learning
- Build genuine partnerships with families as essential members of each child's educational team
- Collaborate with a collegial, supportive faculty and contribute your ideas to our school community
- Nurture the whole child — academic growth alongside social and emotional development
Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree (early childhood or elementary education preferred)
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Initiative, creativity, and a high level of energy
Preferred:
- Master's degree in early childhood or elementary education
- Minimum of 2 years of classroom teaching experience
- Familiarity with Science of Reading instructional approaches
