Christ Community Church is seeking a dependable, servant-hearted, weekday Facilities Associate to help care for our church and preschool facilities. The work you do each day helps create a clean, safe, and welcoming environment where people can worship, grow in their faith, and build meaningful relationships.

Primary Responsibilities
As the key member of our Facilities Team, you'll help maintain the cleanliness and appearance of our church and preschool by:
- Vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, and caring for floors
- Cleaning and sanitizing restrooms
- Maintaining custodial equipment
- Removing waste and recycling
- Cleaning tables, windows, and common areas
- Operating floor scrubbers and carpet cleaning equipment
- Setting up and taking down tables and chairs for events and classes
- Maintaining a clean, welcoming appearance throughout the building
- Undertaking seasonal cleaning projects
- Helping with light maintenance, painting, or groundskeeping as needed
- Ordering supplies
- Supporting the evening part-time staff by communicating needs and preparing equipment.

- Is able to perform the physical requirements of custodial work, including lifting, bending, standing, and using cleaning equipment.

Position: 35 to 40 hours per week
Location: Christ Community Church & Kingdom Kids Preschool | Rochester, MN
