The Camp Commotion staff director is responsible for equipping, training and supporting Crew Leaders in the execution of the daily care of campers at Camp Commotion.
Key elements of this role will include coaching and mentoring returning and new staff, and developing and executing a comprehensive training process for all camp staff.
