We are seeking a mission-driven, Spirit-led planter to help shape and lead this new worshiping community within the life of our church.
Candidate Profile The successful candidates will:
- Proclaim the Gospel with clarity and conviction, grounded in the inerrancy of Scripture, aligned with Global Methodist doctrines, while connecting effectively with a new generation.
- Seek to reach the unchurched and spiritually curious and lead them to salvation in Jesus Christ, as well as Christians seeking a deeper relationship with God.
- Generate a clear vision, initiate plans, and build significant projects from the ground floor up.
- Have experience in attracting and gathering a new worshiping congregation from outside the existing church
- Be a servant-leader by inspiring and equipping volunteers and emerging leaders.
Desired Outcome
- Launch a new contemporary worship service within 10–18 months of arrival with 150 adults and children participating in worship and discipleship.
