What are the responsibilities and job description for the Leadership Resident 2027-2028 position at Christ Chapel Bible Church?
Leadership Residency Mission: The Christ Chapel Leadership Residency (CCLR) is designed for those seeking to explore vocational ministry in a dynamic, hands-on environment. Throughout the program, residents will experience ministry from the perspective of diverse teams, applying their unique gifts to impactful projects. With our approach, the residency helps each participant discover their specific calling and strengths within ministry.
Christ Chapel’s Mission: “To stretch every involved person from the threshold of their spiritual pilgrimage toward becoming a fully developing follower of Christ” (Col 1:28-29).
Role’s Reporting Relationship: This position reports directly to the Director of Leadership Residency.
Position Type: Part-time, Hourly, Non-Exempt
Program Commitment: The CCLR program requires a commitment of 25 hours per week, beginning June 1, 2027 and concluding May 30, 2028. Approximately 20 hours each week will be spent working with your ministry team, with 5 additional hours dedicated to residency classes.
