Job Summary
The primary responsibility of this role is to support the technical team in livestream and
audio-visual operations, including setup and preparation for Sunday services. This position
requires the ability to work independently without on-site supervision.
Essential Functions
• Become familiar with and remain up to date on all emergency protocols, policies, and procedures
• Carry out assigned tasks under the direction of the Tech Leader to support the needs and goals of Sunday services
• Assist with the setup and breakdown of technical equipment, including cameras, laptops, microphones, and projectors
• Assist with camera setup, operation, and mobile livestreaming using tools such as Switcher and SeeMo, including stabilization equipment like DJI Ronin
• Support the Tech Leader in preparing weekly presentation slides (PowerPoint)
• Assist in operating the lyrics during Sunday services
• Assist in capturing photo and video content for church services and events
• Participate in church services and team meetings as required
• Demonstrate a commitment to biblical truth, pursue excellence, and exhibit Christ-like character in all responsibilities
Minimum Position Qualifications
• Must have a personal faith in Jesus Christ and a commitment to Christian values
• Willingness to serve in a church environment and support ministry goals
• Basic knowledge of audio-visual equipment or willingness to learn
• Ability to follow instructions and work collaboratively with a technical team
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
• Dependable, teachable, and able to work independently when needed
• Availability to serve on Sundays and during scheduled church events
Strong Plus (Not Required but Highly Valued)
• Experience using livestream software such as Switcher Studio or similar platforms (training can be provided)
• Familiarity with mobile camera tools such as SeeMo and stabilization equipment like DJI Ronin (training available if needed)
• Knowledge of design tools such as Canva or similar platforms
• Experience with video editing or basic media production
Physical, Environmental, and Mental Requirements
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Ability to sit for prolonged periods while using a computer, requiring repetitive hand and finger movements
• Close visual attention needed for viewing screens, preparing materials, and reviewing data
• Ability to hear and understand spoken communication at normal levels, with or without assistance
• Ability to clearly communicate ideas and instructions verbally
• Maintain effective communication, even in high-pressure or fast-paced situations
• Ability to lift and carry items weighing between 5 to 20 pounds occasionally
• Ability to manage frequent interruptions and work within tight deadlines
Schedule:
Every Sunday from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM
