The role is ideal for someone entering the insurance industry but already experienced in professional communication, organization, and customer engagement.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Conduct structured outbound outreach to generate Property & Casualty insurance opportunities.
- Qualify prospects, identify needs.
- Ask discovery questions to recognize potential Life and Health insurance needs, documenting opportunities for licensed staff.
- Support by scheduling appointments, managing follow up, and maintaining organized documentation.
- Assist with customer onboarding.
- Provide customer care, such as answering basic questions, updating contact information, and directing service needs to the appropriate team member.
- Work alongside the agent.
- Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly objectives that contribute directly to agency goals.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Active Pennsylvania Property & Causality license required (or ability to obtain promptly as a condition of employment).
- Must be able to pass a standard background check as part of the hiring process for insurance-industry roles.
- Professional experience in telemarketing, inside sales, customer outreach, or a call-center environment.
- Strong verbal communication skills with a confident, polished, and professional phone presence.
- Ability to build rapport quickly, ask effective discovery questions, and handle objections with composure.
- Comfortable working in a metrics-driven environment with clear expectations.
- Organized and proficient with basic computer applications.
