Our agency opened in 2018 and has grown into a team of seven who work together in a supportive, family-oriented environment. Before becoming an agent, I worked in retail management, where I developed strong leadership skills and a passion for building high-performing teams.
I hold an M.B.A. from the University of Houston–Clear Lake and am married with a daughter. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, staying active with sports, and getting outdoors whenever possible.
Community involvement is very important to me. I serve as a board member for Keep Pearland Beautiful, volunteer with Pearland FFA and the Houston Livestock Show, and am a member of the Pearland Lion’s Club. - Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
- Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
- Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
