What You'll Do:
- Move Inventory: Safely transport boats, motors, and marine equipment between service bays, staging areas, and storage lots.
- Master the Lot: Use your organizational skills to keep our storage lots and road spaces orderly, maximized, and looking sharp.
- Coordinate with the Team: Work closely with our service technicians and front desk to stage boats for customer pickups and keep the dealership workflow moving smoothly.
- Maintain Boat Cleanliness: Help boat washers maintain and wash boats from service and sales
What We’re Looking For:
- Trailer Experience: Prior experience towing, backing up, and maneuvering boat or utility trailers is highly preferred.
- Valid Driver’s License: A clean driving record is required to operate equipment and transport inventory on the property.
- Outdoor Adaptability: Comfortable working outdoors on your feet in various weather conditions.
- Physical Capability: Ability to safely lift up to 50 lbs and handle the physical demands of a busy marine yard.
- Strong Communicator: Great listener who can take direction well and communicate clearly with technicians and management.
