Role Overview
Chris McMillan Hair is seeking an experienced and entrepreneurial Director of Professional Sales to build the professional channel from the ground up. This is not a role for someone looking to manage an existing team or inherit an established program. This is a foundational position responsible for shaping the entire go to market strategy for salons, pros, and education.
You will translate more than forty years of Chris’s credibility, trust, and craft into a best in class salon presence. You will build the sales plan, open the right accounts, create education programs that drive real adoption, and lay the operational and strategic groundwork for long term scale. This is a rare opportunity to architect a pro channel for a brand with cultural equity already in place.
Why Chris McMillan Hair
This is the opportunity to build an entire professional channel from day one for a brand backed by decades of trust and cultural relevance. You will shape how salons experience Chris McMillan Hair, lead the programs that bring his craft to life, and create something enduring for the professional community.
