- Proficiency in computer systems, printer, phone.

- Evaluate insurance applications to ensure adherence to carrier guidelines, analyzing data to assess risk.
- Comply with established underwriting authority.
- Manage and organize electronic files according to company policies.
- Use statistical and actuarial data to assess claim probability.
- Build and maintain a book of new and renewal business.
- Mentor and guide Assistant and Associate team members.
- Process endorsement requests accurately.
- Maintain proactive communication with clients and agents regarding new and renewal business.
- Manage inbound inquiries, keeping detailed records and ensuring timely resolution.
- Prepare unqualified risks for consideration by alternative carriers.
- Organize and prioritize tasks to meet department goals.
- Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate insights into strategic planning.
- Engage in continuous professional development and specialized training in Professional Liability.
- Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.
