The Maintenance Crew Leader is responsible for leading a landscaping maintenance crew while ensuring high-quality work, efficiency, and excellent customer service. This hands-on leadership role requires experience in landscape maintenance, attention to detail, and the ability to manage and motivate a team.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise daily landscape maintenance operations
• Operate landscaping equipment safely and efficiently
• Ensure properties are maintained to company standards
• Communicate with customers professionally on-site
• Train and support crew members
• Monitor job quality, safety, and productivity
• Complete tasks including mowing, trimming, edging, pruning, mulching, seasonal cleanups, and more
• Report on equipment issues and material needs

Qualifications

• 2 years in landscaping experience required
• Leadership or crew management experience preferred
• Valid driver’s license required
• Ability to operate commercial landscaping equipment
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Ability to work outdoors in varied weather conditions
• Good communication and organizational skills
