I opened my agency in 2025 after spending time in another State Farm office, driven by the goal of building my own agency and continuing my family’s legacy as a second-generation State Farm agent. I studied science before shifting my path toward investing, and ultimately insurance, and I’m a proud graduate of The Ohio State University. Outside of work, I’m a dad to twin daughters, and I love food - trying new restaurants, supporting small local spots, and traveling whenever I can.

As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Chris Hunt - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

- Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
- Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
Salary : $40,000 - $50,000
