Come join our fast growing team of agents as we continue to expand our market share! The Chris Cullen Real Estate Group is a real estate team that helps buyers and sellers in the Brainerd Lakes Area! The ideal candidate will be a self starter, motivated, posses strong phone skills and be goal oriented. Job duties will include, but are not limited to cold calling, lead follow up, general marketing, open houses, and working floor time at the office. We provide several buyer and seller leads every month, which will make up a large portion of your prospecting and work load. The ideal candidate will also have a strong desire and focus on helping clients with some of the biggest and most exciting purchases they will make. We offer a flexible work schedule, which will include nights and weekends as client needs require.

Pay: $35,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
