Job Description
DRIVER/SUPPORT
Qualifications/Experience: Minimum of high school diploma or GED and one-year experience with disabled or handicap individuals, and 3 years driving experience. Must hold current, violation free driver's license. Must be flexible to change in daily routine and schedules, be able to follow directions well, demonstrate strong communication skills, be able to read and follow transportation schedule, and be motivated to perform assigned duties. Some heavy lifting required.
Reports to: Supervisors/Transportation Coordinator
Hours: Full-time - 40 hours per week.
Job Summary: Provides transportation of clients to/from work/school, clinic/office, doctors' appointments and other program activities. Highway/City driving required. May be required to drive vehicle for an extended period of time. Provides ongoing support to clients, Therapy and CSC staff.

Job Duties:
- Provide safe and timely transportation to clients who are reporting to/from work/school, clinic/office, doctor's appointments and other program activities.
- Routinely check vehicles for fluid levels, tire pressure, general wear and tear and report to Supervisors/Transportation Coordinator.
- Pick up and deliver vehicles for maintenance and repair.
- Must cooperate with and/or assist all representatives of State Licensing Agencies/Accreditation bodies, as needed, during inspections and surveys.
- Any other duties assigned.
