Meadow View Nursing Center is seeking a Business Office Manager / Medicaid Specialist with long term care / skilled nursing facility experience.
The Business Office Manager position is responsible for overseeing financial operations, including census and billing practices with a strong focus on Medicaid, Medicare, and insurance billing while monitoring financial reporting and trends. Provides guidance and support to ensure efficient billing practices, accurate resident account management and proper Medicaid eligibility and documentation.
The position is also responsible for accurate and timely completion of all billing, accounts receivable, admission and office functions in accordance with established procedures and regulatory standards.
- Requires a team player with excellent customer service and a passion for helping residents and families navigate the financial side of short-term rehab and longterm care.
- Previous experience in long term care/ skilled nursing facility business office preferred.
- Strong knowledge and willingness to learn about Medicare, Medicaid, and third-party insurance billing.
- Understanding of financial reporting and regulatory compliance in healthcare.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
