JOB TITLE: Senior Clinical Program Director
EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Full-Time; 40 hours/week

ABOUT THE PROGRAM: ADULT OUTPATIENT PROGRAM
The Adult Outpatient services provide psychiatric & substance abuse diagnostic evaluation and treatment. Services include assessment, consultation, individual, couples, group, family treatment and medication evaluation and monitoring.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Operational and administrative oversight of multiple programs including monitoring performance,
attending to crises, ensuring programs operate within budget expectation, ensuring compliance
with contractual expectations, and funder expectations - Provides clinical leadership for programs overseen and for division.
- Oversees recruitment, selection, hiring and performance evaluation in collaboration with Human
Resources Department. - Collaboration with outside agencies including funders, auditors, partners etc.
- Effectively complies with accreditation and licensing requirements
- Oversees facility maintenance, vehicles and other agency properties.
- Oversees quality improvement processes in assigned programs and participates actively in
agency wide quality initiatives and monitoring processes - Participates actively in agency strategic planning processes and program development initiatives.
- Demonstrates competency in age related or specialty issues and developmental needs for each
population served. - Maintains documentation in compliance with agency and program standards.
- Participates in staff meetings, supervision, trainings and other meetings as assigned.
- Additional duties as required.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Education: Master’s level with experience within areas of expertise offered within the division.
Experience: 5-10 years of relevant experience, including experience with the population to be served
within the service area and progressive management experience
Licensure/Certification/Registration: Within clinical areas, must hold a valid CT licensure or
certification at the Master’s level
Training/Continued Competency: 10-15 hours continuing education in those areas outlined for
improvement on the performance evaluation as outlined in the professional development plan. Must
maintain an average rating of “fully meets expectations” on the annual performance evaluation.
COMPENSATION*:
$75,941/yr min to 113,912/yr max
*Actual rates are determined at the time of offer and are based on relevant experience, as well as, adherence to our internal equity policy. Many of our positions offer program/location differentials and/or sign-on incentives. (Please note, for part-time positions this range would be pro-rated based on hours worked)
