CHP Home Care & Hospice is hiring a part-time, reliable, qualified, and compassionate LPN for home health care for a local patient in the St. Henry, Oh. area.
- Immediate opportunity
- 8 hours per day/24 hours per week (hours are flexible)
- Local patient, one-on-one care
What You Will Do
Deliver in-home nursing care for client on a ventilator.
Responsibilities
- Monitor, observe, and document patient's condition
- Deliver patient's daily nursing care needs
- Administer general nursing care tasks, administer medications/treatments
- Provide emotional and psychological support as needed
- Communicate with family about patient's care and instructions
Skills
- Proven experience as LPN or similar role
- Ability to administer a variety of care tasks and work independently
- Understand confidentiality obligations and nursing best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Requirements
- Driver’s license and reliable, insured, vehicle
- LPN license from an accredited program
- Valid Ohio nursing license

Pay: $24.64 per hour
