We are looking to fill a full-time customer service position at our Grand Junction, Colorado location! A Customer Service Team Member at Chow Down Pet Supplies will serve our customers by providing expert knowledge on products & pet nutrition. Ideal applicants will have a genuine excitement for helping people & their pets as well as a passion for learning & providing. Chow Down team members can put themselves in their customers’ shoes & advocate for them when necessary. Our priority is always to ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries & maintain high customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service with expert product knowledge
- Build sustainable relationships & trust with customers through open & interactive communication
- Provide accurate, valid & complete information by using the right methods/tools
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines & policies
- Acts as a salesperson & cashier
- Assists with unloading shipments & stocking shelves (must lift up to 50 lbs consistently)
- Other duties as assigned

- Proven customer support experience

Pay: $13.65 - $17.00 per hour
